Coaching for students, grad students and UW staff, from a Registered Dietitian and strength coach about 15 minutes from campus.

Overload Strength is a private, coach-led gym inside Wolfpack Combat Academy on Perry St, about 15 minutes from Bascom Hall by car. No crowds, no waiting on racks, and every program is written by a Registered Dietitian and strength coach with Division I strength and conditioning experience.
