Coaching That Fits
A Campus Schedule

Between classes, labs, shifts and deadlines, the gym is usually the first thing to go. Most people near campus don't need more motivation. They need a plan that fits their week and a coach who keeps them on it.

Overload Strength is a private, coach-led gym inside Wolfpack Combat Academy on Perry St, about 15 minutes from Bascom Hall by car. No crowds, no waiting on racks, and every program is written by a Registered Dietitian and strength coach with Division I strength and conditioning experience.
