FAQs
What is rucking?

It's a walk with a heavy backpack on.

Is it fun?

Depends what your definition of fun is, but I think so.

Is this challenging?

It's as hard as you want it to be, but I'll keep it pretty chill. Use only as much weight as you're comfortable with, and I can modify any exercises for you as well.

Is this for beginners?

Yes! Anything can be modified.

FAQs
Do I need a team to sign up?

Teams are 4 people. Have a team? Register together using the sign-up form below. Don't have one? Register anyway, check the box saying you need teammates, and we'll match you with a team.

How do I pay the $10 per person donation?

The donation is $10 per person, so $40 for a full team of 4. Each person can donate ahead of time through our Movember fundraising page, or pay at the door on event day.

What if I can't do a lot of push-ups?

That's fine. The 600 reps are split across your team of 4, so everyone contributes what they can, and knee push-ups are allowed if necessary. Every rep has to meet the standard, but this is about having fun and supporting a good cause.

How is the Best Mustache winner picked?

The crowd votes. The winner takes home the Golden Mo trophy and picks a prize from the sponsor of their choice, right after the 1st place team chooses theirs.
